ONE DAY RETREATS

Take some time out for yourself and come on this relaxing self-healing retreat.  Through yoga, self-healing workshops and meditation you will have the chance to reconnect with yourself and truly answer some of your deeper questions.  A day of reflection and relaxaion is necessary for healing and reconnecting to the heart. 
Group sizes are kept to maximum 7 people to ensure that everyone receives personal attention.

SCHEDULE (9:30am – 5:00pm)

9:30am – Intro & Gengle Hatha Yoga Class (2 hr, all levels welcome)
12:30pm – Vegetarian Lunch 
2:00pm   - Healing meditations and emotional exploration
4:00pm – Relaxing Meditation & Healing Cards

AWAKENING GODDESS RETREAT

This all woman retreat focuses on awakening the goddess within.  This retreat is recommended for those who already have attended the self-healing retreat.  This retreat is a continuation of going deeper and continuing the journey.  Through yoga, meditation and workshop you will learn about the Chakras and how to begin harnessing thier energy to awaken the authentic self.  We will dig deep into issues affecting women today from health, sexuality, body image, motherhood and self-care and examine our own roles and the impact they have on our mind, body and soul.  

SCHEDULE (10am – 5:00pm)

10:00am – Intro & Chakra Balancing Yoga Class (2 hr, all levels welcome)
12:30pm – Vegetarian Lunch 
2:00pm   - Chakra workshop & Meditations
4:00pm – Energy Healing & Healing Cards
