Private Sessions:

Individual Psychotherapy Session (60 min)                      $150 +HST

Individual Chakra Assessment & therapy (120 min)        $200 

Couples Chakra & Energy Therapy (3 hours)                  $300  

Individual Yoga Plan* (120min)                                        $150

* Individual Yoga Plan is for clients who would like to develop their own personal yoga practice. A routine is created, practiced and take home materials and instructions are given to start or enhance a home self-practice. This is a one-on-one session.

 

  • How do I register for a retreat?

    To register for a retreat check the schedule. Register as an individual or for your group and follow the prompts to enter your information and make payment via PayPal. Make sure to enter any coupon code to receive your discounts.

    If you prefer to pay via email transfer please choose the offline payment link when registering. You will receive an email with further instructions

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Full refund given (minus transfer fees) up to two weeks before the retreat
    • 50% refund at up to 5 days before the retreat
    • No refund for any cancellations within 5 days of the retreat.
