At this multi-season tranquil environment we teach inner peace through yoga and meditation on one-day retreats. Let us host you on a day of yoga, vegan/ vegetarian eating, and peaceful meditation.
Located 15 minutes north of Alliston Ontario and 1.5 hours North of Toronto, this retreat center becomes accessible as a place to unwind without needing to lodge. In Just a short drive from the city of Toronto you can have a day of relaxation, and self-care and make it home for dinner.
